​In business, you can typically count the number of women on one hand.  The corporate climate can be incredibly harmful to women in the workplace. Corporations aren't trying hard enough to find the reason why their organization isn't allowing women to successfully become leaders. Women who own small businesses face difficulties as well. They aren't taken seriously because they are women and they have trouble getting access to capital.
